A surfer’s journey through Indonesia

Surf travel is as much about experiencing culture as it is about chasing waves. The selected images from acclaimed travel photographer Dustin Humphrey’s Archipelago Love - A surfer’s journey through Indonesia offer a vital glimpse into his on-going quest to document the vast and diverse cultures, people and waves of these islands through the eyes of a surfer.
Dustin Humphrey is an internationally recognized and award winning photographer best known for his bold and romantic visions of surf travel. While his work consistently leads him to the furthest corners of the earth (recent trips include Cuba, Vietnam and Iceland), he always returns to his first love and adopted home of Indonesia. Based in Bali with his Indonesian wife Mira and son Kelana, Humphrey has been documenting these islands for more than 10 years. Surf Time has been lucky enough to have Dustin as one of its main contributors over the past decade and our readers will no doubt have enjoyed the many beautiful images that he has brought to the magazines’ pages.
